Kate turned eight months old on Saturday. Its amazing how fast she is growing up. She is crawling everywhere, nothing is safe. Even the animal aren't safe on the couch anymore because she pulls herself up to stand and furniture surfs around.
We brought her a table toy that she can stand and play with. The first week or so she would pull herself up but didn't know how to get down so she would just yell at me to help. Now she knows that she should bend her knees to get down. She only falls every once and awhile.
Kate loves books. She doesn't really care that you read the books to her she just loves to look at the pictures and chew on them a little bit. I think the books are her favorite toy she is always looking at them.Kate is now able to pick up pieces of cereal puffs and eat them. I cant wait until the day I can just put food on her tray and let her eat. Although, I'm scared to give her anything other than the puffs because I don't want her to choke. She also likes bananas now, they have to be almost green bananas but she likes them.
We had Kate's baptism this weekend. It was wonderful to be able to visit with my family. Hopefully, I can blog about that later in the weekend.
