The Countdown Begins

Only 9 more weeks until baby Kate is here! Its hard to believe there will be a baby around in just two short months. We have been very busy this week with baby stuff. On Sunday we purchased her dresser, thank you everyone who got us Target gift cards! Then I washed all her new clothes and sorted them out by size and Jeff helped me put them away. I think its amazing that she has so much clothes already and she isn't even here yet. She must get that from me : ) Yesterday, we brought her bedding, I just need to wash it then it can go on her bed. I was going to wash it today but when I came home from work the power was out, it has been very windy here today. So I was forced to snuggle with Bella on the couch instead of doing chores. She was cold and sad, I had to! Jeff is going to paint the baby's room sometime this weekend and she only needs a few more things then we will be ready!!! Ill make sure to take pictures when the room is done.

We have also starting birthing classes. Although we have already been slackers and skipped class yesterday. I know shame shame! But next week we will be doing the hospital tour and learning about the different things that will/could happen to me. Needless to say its not something I'm looking forward to but I don't think any woman in her right mind looks forward to labor. I just keep telling myself that there will be good drugs to help with the pain and there is an end point and Ill finally get to meet this little girl who we love so much already!
